Toolbox mounting question.

New member here, upgrading from a 1993 single cab stepside to a 2021 sierra 1500 denali carbon pro with the baby duramax.

 

And, well, I have been through all 96 pages of topics and for the life of me, I can't find a topic on how a person goes about mounting a crossover toolbox on a carbon pro bed.

 

I don't believe just screwing it down will be good! If no one chimes in, I'm thinking of using lacquer thinner on the rail and underside of the toolbox and using black rtv silicone along with some 3/16th x 1 inch diameter headed rivets.
