I have a 2014 chevy silverado it has brand new battery. Sometimes it has no electrical power at all. No clicking when try to start just nothing. If I disconnect the battery for a few seconds then hook it back up it has power again. No pattern as to why it does this. Any ideas?

Sounds like it could be one of two things. Either the ground for the negative terminal is dirty or loose and needs cleaned or tightened or the negative terminal cable is starting to fail which both are common issues for these trucks. I’d start with the inspecting the ground first. It’s right behind the front passenger wheel well.
