I having some issues with the electrical system in my Silverado. After Christmas came out to start the truck to go run a errand and no crank. The normal operating lights were on but just a click when I turned the key. I disconnected the battery and the starter. I took both to get bench tested and both came back fine. The battery is 2 years old. I reinstalled both and nothing. No power at all.  I dash lights, infotainment lights, no dome lights or power. The only electrical option that works is the remote key fob commands to unlock and lock the doors. Passenger side lights flash with the lock command but only one headlight flashes.

weird symptoms. So I check the voltage with my reader. It’s read 14v. But for OHms on a negative lead I couldn’t get a reading on resistance. I tried to run a negative jumper cable to the negative post and engine block and nothing either.

Any ideas would help

Thanks Eddie. I’ll try that process. What about the issue with out any dash lights inside the truck or crank at all?
