Running lights on one side aren’t working

So the right side tail light and the running light below the right headlight do not light up at night or when I switch on my running lights.

 

There is power to them because the tail light lights up when brakes are applied, and they both signal correctly, just no running lights. I’ve checked all corresponding fuses and they are all fine.
