2015 Silverado sends OnStar diagnosis email each time the truck is started. i have also been having trouble with the battery and stating the truck.

Have you thought about replacing the battery? If it is the original, it is time to do so.

The battery has been replaced less than 2 years. other intermittent issues include no sound radio or turn signals at start. I have to turn it off open door to clear radio, lock the truck with key fob, unlock and restart. but that does not always work the first time. I once had nothing on key turn only to turn it off and back on and it started.  I have researched and some say it is a grounding issue.

Start with this post, I will dig around and see if I can find more on the bad ground issues.
