DEF Heater Code P21DD

I see others having the same problem I'm having. Second time it came on my scanner. Truck only has 26,000 miles on it. Cleared the code last time, but now leaving it on for the dealer to see. I understand it's still covered under warranty. Also had the rear sliding window fail after only opening it a maximum of ten times. Dealer will fix it if I pay half, which is $500+ out of my pocket. Must be faulty installation or faulty design. Wondering if anyone else has had this early failure. Had smoke come in my cab at about 900 miles on it. They fixed the DEF leak within the Bulletin that came out for the repair kit.

There’s a bulletin on the def heater as well. Dealer will fix for free.
