GMC Sierra 2020 SLT

Was wondering 2 things. A} Where can I smoke my red factory tail lights at? I have them vinyl wrapped and they look terrible. Can I paint them lightly? B} I have the stock SLT front chrome grille. Any ideas on how to get it black? I painted it but it easily chipped (Which I knew would happen). Can we order factory black instead of chrome?
