Wipers won’t shut off

I just bought a 2018 Sierra 1500 slt a few weeks ago, yesterday I went to shut the wiper off and they don’t stop. They work on high and normal speed but no intermittent. I can’t find a relay for it in the manual, do I need to replace the switch?

The wiper relays are PCB relays and are built into the fuse box.. 1 for low speeds and 1 for the high speed. Its either those relays or the bcm that controls them.

Well, I talked to the local GM parts department and they said I can change out the relay, so I did and that didn’t work. I changed out the switch and that didn’t work. Really don’t know what else to do. None of the area dealers have a fuse box as they are all on back order. It’s past the 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty.

If changing the relay and switch didn't solve your problem, check the BCM.
