New oil & filter, level fine at hot temp, did not flush the system. Tranny rough in 2 & 3 gears, 30-40 mph. trailer mode seems to be fine, the manual shifter seems to be fine. I did put bigger wheels& tires on it a while back. Not sure what to do....

Ideally you'd want to tune the computer for the bigger wheels and tires so shift speed/timing is fixed.

 

If you know someone with a nice scan tool they could reset the transmissions adaptive learning and maybe the weird shifting will get better.
