I am trying to changed the rear breaks on my 2019 Sierra, new body style. Is there a way to access the caliper module without hooking the truck to a computer. Trying to do them myself.

I think you need an OBD2 scan tool that can retract the parking brake in order to do the repair.  It's getting harder to be a back yard mechanic with modern cars.

 

I might have been wrong - I just found this and it looks to have the info you wanted.

Thank you for the response. I did find that a 9vokt battery and some wire leads will turn the EPBM.
