I've had my truck for a little over a year now and I've used a 16 GB USB drive to play music since the first day I had the truck.  I bought a new 64 GB drive so I could put more music on it than the old drive would hold but the truck fails to recognize the new drive.  I tried another drive that works on my Ford and had the same experience - the Chevy doesn't see the drive.  I put the new drive that the Chevy doesn't recognize in the Ford and it plays fine.  The old 16 GB drive is instantly found by the Chevy and plays fine.  Any ideas what's going on here?

Problem solved.  The new drive came formatted with exfat and the Chevy would not recognize it.  I reformatted to NTFS and it worked fine.  It's interesting that a 2019 Ford F150 does read exfat and the newer 2500HD will not.  exfat is also the standard format for USB drives.
