Hi everyone.

Have a 2021 Silverado 1500 RST Dbl Cab with 3.0 Duramax on factory order.  Have Bilstein 5100's to use when the truck arrives to replace the Rancho's. None of our area dealers have any truck inventory on hand to measure the Duramax ride height versus the V8's but was told the diesel sits about .5 inch lower.  Has anyone installed the Bilstein's to level their 3.0 duramax truck? If so did you set the fronts at 2.0 or 2.5" ??  Also not sure if I should be ordering a 1" rear block kit or not. Our previous truck required higher blocks after a 2" top leveling kit was installed.

Any advice greatly appreciated!!

I recently installed a set on mine. Used the highest setting also added 1.25" block in the rear, now front sits about 1/2" lower than the rear. I think the dealer is correct when they say it the front sits 1/2" lower than V8, because mine now sits exactly the same as my brother in-laws Trail Boss.

Thanks Bradshaw24!  Local shops seemed focused on the top leveling kits and so few 3.0's on the road here.

Any chance you could post a few pictures?? Where did you find the 1.25" rear kit??

June 3 2022, I installed the Bilstein 5100 RHA on my front and 5100 on the rear of my 2021 3.0 Duramax LT crew cab 4x4. I had just over 1.5 in difference between the front and rear with the factory rake. I used the 2nd from the top line and got just under 2 in of lift. The rear did not change.
