No start no crank draining battery hot relays

I have a 99 gmc 1500 4x4 serria I pulled my transmission 4l60e put in a rebuild 4l60e. I got it installed and everything back together. Started up ran it around the block needed adjustments so parked it shut it off got under it looking things over adjusted p/n switch on the side of transmission when I was losinging the bolt on for the shift cable it shifted to reverse and rolled a bit and went back in parking got a new torque convertor and decided to swap it out pulled the pan and there was sand and metal shavings from the torque convertor it looked like so I pulled the Trans back out and was going to take back where I got it from I installed the old one it has no reverse was the whole purpose of swapping them. When I was putting the started in I noticed the Crack pos senso wire broke off the green wire so I rewired it and new sensor everything back together no Crank no start 7 days later after tryn to fig out the problem witch I haven't the anti theft is on tried to re learn everything  I got it to fire from jumping the stater relay and ign relay died rite way a few time got it to stay running  from doing that but nothing from the key the relays on the driverside floor board firewall get really hot one started making a nosie when the battery was going dead with nothing turned on I have been tryn to fig it out for 7 days now and at a lise and very frustrated over it any thoughts
