How is everyone,

I got this 2009 Chevy Silverado crew cab LT with the 5.3L. I been check everything to get the truck ready for him to start driving soon. That is a problem with the DIC. It has the DIC buttons on the dash. When I go thru the information I have mileage, engine hours, transmission temp. I that sense to be readings. But when we start the truck the warning service truck brake comes on and it’s not hooked up, the oil level is dashes in the percentage, tire pressure has dashes on all sensors, will not go to relearn TPMS and relearn Key fob on the display. Any one else had this problem? Any information will help.

I'd get one of these  BlueDriver Scan Tool | BlueDriver

And start with scanning the whole truck for all and any codes.  I don't "think" that you've got a cluster issue, it sounds like an electrical wiring issue or an issue with the BCM.

But scanning for codes in all modules would be the best place to start.  I'm sure there are other devices like it, but the BlueDriver is the only one that I know of for sure that can read codes across every module in GM vehicles.  I have two of them myself and can verify this.
