I have a 2018 Denali 1500 and I have the led tail lights. I bought some new ones and the company sent me a pair for the halogen harness. They won’t fix it or give me a refund. Could I swap my led harness to a halogen harness and use them? If not anyone looking for a pair of white frost tricoat halogen tail lights

I ended up replacing one of my tail light harnesses because one of the wires started coming out of the connector and not making good contact (probably because I messed with it too much but that's a different story). It's pretty easy to replace the harnesses themselves, they're really short and just go to a module next to the spare tire. Since you have factory LED tail lights, your BCM is programmed for that current draw. The aftermarket ones are designed for trucks with the factory halogen option though, so I bet they have load resistors which make them draw as much power as the stock halogens. You might need to have your BCM reprogrammed for the new tail lights to function properly.
