Connecting to Android Hotspot

My 2020 Yukon refuses to connect to my Android phone hotspot. The hotspot works fine with other devices and vehicles without an issue.

 

I have tried the following:

1) to find the hotspot on the head unit with the search feature

2) manually key it in

3) reset the head unit to factory settings

4) cycle my phone with each of the above attempts

 

Any thoughts? Thanks
