Hi

Every time I apply brakes, there is a loud click sound from left front brakes. The diagnosis by exclusion so far has included changing brake disks, brake calipers, caliper carriers, shims and brake pads, but the click sound does not go away. It only happens below 10 miles an hour. I have taken to three different garages but this click sound remains a mystery. The mechanics say the braking system is new and everything has been checked thoroughly and nothing seems to be wrong as all the parts are new anyway. I am frustrated now so please help.

Could be a failing hub bearing, or debris contacting the ABS sensor inside the hub assembly.

With the brake components removed, running it in gear off the ground would have confirmed this. If the noise went away, then that points to a brake issue.
