Power folding mirrors on my 2021 RST

Looking to add power folding mirrors to my RST, Any one perform this upgrade and know approx cost? 

Power folding Mirrors $ ?

Power mirror switches $ ?

reflash BCM $ ? 

I curently have power mirrors but not power folding, not sure if I will need wire harness? 

If any one has power folding mirrors for sale let me know?(someone upgraded to Tow Mirrors) or any other required parts

You can message pgamboa and ask him. He has made harnesses for the earlier trucks to do what you are asking. When I added power folding tow mirrors to my truck that did not have them prior, I had to change the entire door harness and the mirror switch. So at most you would need the mirrors themselves, harness and switch. Shouldnt require a reflash of the BCM. At least it didnt on the 16 I had.
