New "forum logo"?

I was just messing around, and decided to make up some new examples of a forum logo..

I like the SS best, but the first one is excellent also.  

 

After thinking about it, why not use Jon's talents and combine 1 and 2?  And maybe a Vortec 8100 badge?

i think it would look better if you tried to blend it in with the background color so it fits in kind of seamless.

I like the bottom one the most but I think you should stick to the same text for GMTC that is on the current logo.
