Hey, I was wondering what people thought about running a mottofab 2.5” front leveling kit on a silverado 1500 lt without aftermarket UCA’s? Im really just looking to get rid of the factory rake.  It seems to be mixed reviews.  My truck has 170k miles all highway.  Some people say its fine and 20k+ miles on the factory UCA’s while others say you need to run aftermarket UCAs.

I was fine with doing UCA’s but i was reading you have to run spacers with OEM wheels.  I was planning to get some OEM snowflakes for the truck because i found a good deal on them but i really don’t want to run spacers.  The snowflakes are 22s wrapped on 33s

whats everyones opinion on this?

I read 2.5 level kit is fine.....anything 3 and up requires aftermarket ucas.  Been running a 2.5 motofab leveling kit with no problem.

I also have a 2.5" kit by Dynastar (top strut elastomers)..

running (new/different) GM Stock 20" wheels (my original 18's were chrome, my 20's are black) and 34" tires.. no rubbing..
