My New 2022 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denaly Black Diamond

Recommended Posts

I purchased the above-mentioned truck on 20 January 2022. Not an order, but a fully manufactured vehicle sitting in a holding lot in Flint. Well, here it is 12 Feb 2022, and my truck is still sitting in Flint and no one from GMC can give me a delivery date. Not the dealer, not GMC Customer Service Agents, no one. Needless to say, I am a little "P'ed" off about this situation. Here is GMC, a multi-billion Dollar Corporation and they can't give me a delivery, not even a reasonable one.  I asked for a refund of my destination Fee and offered to come to Flint and get my truck. I was told that GMC does not refund destination fees and they never answered about me picking it up. Here's a stock photo of the one I purchased; sorry I don't have an actual photo to share right now. MarkG.
