Power reduction mode

Recently been having issues with power reduction mode first i cleaned the throttle body and mass airflow sensor. Worked for a few days. Then replaced the mass airflow sensor. Worked for a week or so. Then replaced throttle body . That worked for a week or so. Then I cleaned and checked the ground wires and was able to drive for around 2000 miles and it happened again. Replaced gas pedal and sensor but never left the garage. Spark plugs and wires have been replaced. Not showing any misfires on the scan tool. Only code that shows up is an ignition code when vehicle cranks and does not start (when in power reduction mode) it is hit or miss sometimes when you start it it runs fine.
