Service Charging System Vehicle May Stall

I have been having this problem for 2 months. They replaced alternator and battery and still having an issue. Can you tell me how your situation turned out.

What was the final outcome? I have a 2022 2500 Denali diesel that the batteries die if I don’t drive it for 2-3 days and the dealer has not been able to find any issues. It happened again today but this time it gave the “service charging system vehicle may stall” error followed by telling me to roll the drivers window down then up. It’s back at the dealer now.

I don't know if it applies to the 2022's, might be for only the refreshed trucks, but there is a software update available for the Serial Data Gateway Module. From what I've read the update prevents certain things from draining the battery after the truck has been turned off.
