I burned up a ground cable and noticed the lights came on, even with the ignition in the off position.

After repairing the short, the lights no longer were on, but now the right turn signal light is perpetually on,

making me think I have a short somewhere in the harness.

I'm also having some trouble identifying the wires for the power and e-brake; I can trace what's connected

to my brake control and might be able to figure that out.

If anyone has troubleshooting tips for finding the short causing the perpetual right turn signal I'd appreciate the advice.

power and e brakes don't have wires .  power brakes are either vacuum or hydro boost and the e brake is purely mechanical cable operated. check the ground for the parking light and the dtrl on the side thats lit up
