16 sierra locking itself constantly

Intermittently my 16 sierra sle is locking itself randomly while I'm sitting outside. Hit the door unlock and it locks itself back instantly. And sometimes its consistently locking itself over and over again all night. I'm able to stop the instant locking sometimes by holding the lock button on key fob then hit unlock as normal. I replaced the fob battery and I thought it did the trick until I walked out to go to work and I seen my screen was lit up (it was locking itself all night) I've Google and I haven't been able to find anyone having this exact problem

Have your battery tested to make sure it’s not on it’s way out. Check your negative terminal cable to make sure it’s not corroded or damage. Finally, check your terminals to make sure there clean and on tight.
