Riverside Chevrolet dealership diagnosed my 2019 Silverado LT Crew Cab driver's window problem as a malfunctioning window module.  The problem is when you pull the switch to auto roll-up the driver's window, it goes all the way up and then rolls all the way down.  I thought it was maybe a programming issue but the service writer stated the "technician" diagnosed the problem as a window module malfunction, part alone $548.  If I hold the switch all the way up while it closes, it will not roll down.  However, I'm checking to see if anyone's had this type of problem and how was it fixed?

Thanks for your help.

My old 13 Camaro use to roll up the half way down. Usually when it did this it meant it needed to relearn the stops Up/down. Could that be the case with your truck?

It sounds like the "learning" for the auto stop if it hits resistance when going up got lost. There was instructions to follow when I added my in channel window visors because of the resistance of the window against the visor in the channel. I don't remember the procedure though off the top of my head.
