03 2500hd w 8.1 gauge cluster stopped working

First I apologize if this has been discussed. I searched and didn't find much info.

 

I have an 03 2500hd with an 8.1.

Gauges would stop working working intermittently but now they stopped completely.

 

When searching I read about grounds. Where would these grounds be?

If not the grounds, it sounds like the cluster needs to be rebuilt.

Any recommendations on who?
