Hey guys l had some amp research steps installed on my truck 3weeks ago and I ordered an override switch for them. The steps plug into your obd under the steering wheel. When I wired the switch got in the truck the switch functions as expected but I had no power steering! Never had an issue before! I had it towed to a dealership and they basically called and said they hooked it up to the scan tool and it was showing nothing which is not true and they said bc it’s lifted it wouldn’t go on there lift wheels to wide! So I checked every fuse and on the battery it has a fuse block checked all of those and they’re fine! Before I took it to the dealership my buddy brought his scan tool by and this is what it read:

CONTROL MODULE BUS A OFF

BRAKE APPLIED OUTPUT CIRCUIT-SHORT TO BATTERY

CONTROL MODULE CIRCUIT LOW VOLTAGE

LOST COMMUNICATION WITH TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE

LOST COMMUNICATION WITH TRANSFER CASE MODULE

“                                “CHASSIS CONTROL MODULE

LOST COMMUNICATION WITH POWER STEERING CONTROL MODULE

LOST COMMUNICATION WITH ENGINE CONTROL MODULE

ELECTRONIC BRAKE CONTROL MODULE

ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT HARDWARE-SHORTED

CONTROL MODULE BUS A OFF

BRAKE APPLIED OUTPUT SHORT TO BATTERY

Any suggestions help would be more than appreciated
