Any aftermarket tail lights for models with factory LED

I have a 16 Denali and one of the tail lights got cracked. Id love to just find a lens so I could take the opportunity to paint both. Cannot find a lens only anywhere, if anyone knows please share. Otherwise I can get a pair of aftermarket lights for the price of one replacement OEM light. Every search I make, any way I search, I cannot find any aftermarket light that doesn't say "NOT COMPATABLE WITH MODELS WITH FACTORY LED". 

 

Does anyone know of any black/smoked aftermarket options that will work with factory LED, or could I buy any aftermarket light and just remove their resistors? 

 

I did try a few ways to search this forum for this but could not find it.
