Android auto maps showing full screen

I read on this forum that you cant run maps full screen in android auto. Cant find the post now with search but yes you can. Just press the apps button in android auto then press maps.

It's probably putting you into the factory Google maps system when you do that.

nope look at the map. its the google maps dont gave terrain and the options on the side are different. this is android auto.  I put the correct link up.
