Lifter tick or new cam tick?

I purchased this truck about a month ago and it has this tick for awhile says the previous owner. He installed a new cam/lifters/springs about a year ago. Trying to determine if it’s a lifter or a new cam tick people have talked about? Thanks . Link below

Sounds pretty normal to me. A mix of valvetrain noise and injector noise.

 

If it's an aftermarket camshaft that is larger than stock it's always important that the pushrods are the correct length. If they are wrong it can cause more valve train noise.

I’m hopeful it is normal sound. It doesn’t sound like most lifter ticks I’ve heard, but the guy who tuned it is leaning towards a lifter

Is this a 5.3? I changed the O ring on the oil pick up tub, while I was in there I replaced the oil pump with a hi volume Melling pump, changed the time gears and chain. Search for my posts on the O ring.
