'03 tranny and auto 4x4

Hey,

I got an '03 ext cab Z71 with the 5.3. I just got two quetions:

 

1. does anyones tranny seem to be a lil sluggish at town speeds?

2. using the auto 4x4, does the truck vibrate at highway speeds?

You can usually tell that you have the auto engaged, and you may have a slight noise or light drone. You shouldn't really have a vibration, you need to get the front driveline joints checked, maybe you have a bad one?

I have not experience either of those problems

Never had any problems with either of those. i sue the auto 4wd fairly often and I like using it in heavy rain. I'ved used it at highway speeds a lot and never noticed any problems. I love the functionality of the auto 4wd.
