jr.parrish Posted July 15, 2002 Posted July 15, 2002 I've got a real problem and am hoping you guys can help. My Z71 Silverado LT currently has 285/75/16 Bridgestone M/Ts with two inch body lift. Its come time to replace them and I am at a loss for which tire to pick. I don't do a lot of offroading and do alot of highway travel. When I do go off-road however I like to have the type of traction that that my M/Ts provide. (I mostly go on the beach when I do offroad, down at Oregon Inlet on the Outer Banks of NC). I really think I want another set of M/Ts but I'm not sure if BFGs would be better than my current Bridgestones. Also I am thinking about BFG All Terrains. I would really appreciate any guidance you guys could provide. Thanks, Justin
chevy4x4trucks Posted July 15, 2002 Posted July 15, 2002 Another brand of tire that you may want to look into is the procomp all-terrain or mud-terrain. They have the aggressiveness of the other off-road tires, but have good freeway lives and a quiet ride. Not to mention a cheaper price tag.
