camera side view with trailer - nice

 I like the side view from the cameras when you have a trailer connected then use the turn signals.   Really cool feature. I wish there was a way to keep that function when a trailer is not connected

You may need to do a search on this site but It seems that I read you can put a trailer light plug tester in the plug in the bed and it activates anytime you use your turn signals.

I converted a trailer light tester by adding 3 200 ohm 5 watt resistors between the two turn signal wires and the brake light wires all to ground.  Now my 2023 truck thinks there is a trailer behind the truck all the time.
