I am used to having my phone connect to Apple CarPlay every time I get in my truck and plug it in.  However, for the past month or so, it seems like my USB ports (C and 2.0) did not have any connection or power.  However, if I go into settings and reset all settings, everything comes back to life.  Now, once I power off and leave the vehicle, it all reverts back to no connection.  SO the next time I start up the truck, if I want to charge my phone and/or use CarPlay, I need to go into settings and reset everything again.  Any help?  I have the wifi hotspot and have asked the truck to update, but there is no update available.

Have you put a code reader into the obd2 port to see what if any codes are set?

I had this happen once when the vehicle would not connect to my iPhone via the cable.  I thought my cable was bad, so I used a new one.  But got the same with the new cable.   After 1 or 2 vehicle starts where the vehicle sat between 15 to 30 minutes each time, the problem resolved on its own and has not reoccurred
