Service Power sterring

Dear All .

 

Please Guide I Have A Chevy Silverado 2021 LT 1500 - 5.3 L 

Canadian Specs.

 

I am second owner and I bought the car it was done  140 k and now it's done 153k its fully Maintained.

 

Since 2 days I'm getting massage on display  (Sterring Power Service) & I'm not able to drive the steering is hard when I shut off and restart it goes back to Normal.

 

I changed earthing cable , Also I cleaned the steering box connectors but still  same pls advice.
