Hey All,

I'm having issues getting the A/C working correctly on my wifes truck. She has an extended cab 2011 Silverado 1500 LT, 5.3L with driver and passenger side controls.

The long and short of it is I have replaced every component of the system except for the evaporator - which was flushed out and clear of any obstructions. The low side fluctuates between 50 to 80 PSI, with the high side ranging from 80 to 130 PSI. I also noticed the electric fans were not consistently on with the A/C - yet they do function.

I'm beginning to think that maybe there is a common electrical issue that I am unaware of.... any advice/help would be appreciated.

Thank you....

And the low side is high.... which normally seems to be indicative of a faulty compressor - which was just replaced.

Orifice tube is clean, and appears to be the correct size.
