2014 Silverado Ac issue

2014 Chevy Silverado ac worked last summer this summer just get hot air had a friend change expansion valve and the filter at bottom of condenser, both low and high side run about 85 to 90 took 3/4 can of Freon but won’t circulate Freon I’m assuming possibly a compressor even tho pully turns when turned on and off
