Engine knock under load cold

17 silverado ltz 5.3 with the 8 spd. Only 80,000km

I've noticed when cold starting my truck over night it'll sound normal no issues at idle or coming off idle but in gear driving through residential I can hear like a bottom end knock. Noise goes away after it warms up. Not sure if it's the direct injection, piston slap or bearing going out. This is a newer to me truck, I was previously driving a 2000 sierra 5.3. 

 

Note oil changes since I've owned it (67000km) done every 5000km with ac delco filter Mobil  0w20
