2019 GMC Sierra 1500 Code P129F - replaced control module and fuel pump still won't start

Anyone else had this issue? Does the module need to be preprogrammed? I bought the module from parts geek. Made by Standard, said it is plug and play. Brand new fuel pump and battery.
