Posting as general info. I bought the GM Kicker 200W DSP amp and 200W sub (#19417166) for my 2023 LT and it works. I had to very slightly modify both the gray ACM connectors which involved cutting a small amount of plastic to make a groove line up to allow it to plug in (see pic). The DSP amp is listed as only being compatible with 2019-2021 IOS radios. I have the 13.4" IOK non-bose. I did have to add load resistors on the front speaker outputs to retain blinker and chime tones.

I bought the sub new, but I found the DSP amp on eBay for $200 and figured it was worth a shot after seeing the pinouts are the same between IOS and IOK. The seller had removed the bracket so I fabricated one with aluminum flat bar.

I just remove this same setup from my 19 planning to install it in my 25 non bose. I don't recall having to do anything with the resistor on my 19, do you have any photos of where you shaved off and which, where the resistor goes?

I'm also contemplating on if I should replace the kicker amp with a JBL dsp 8 channel amp.

sorry I never got a notification for this reply. Did you get it figured out or still need help?

The resistors go between + & - on the front left and front right speaker wires. One of the pics in my post above shows a red circle around where I had to cut the gray ACM connector to make it work.

The resistors are required to make the chimes and blinker sounds work.
