Puddle Lights Issue

2022 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L. Puddle lights only come on for a split second. I’ve adjusted the timing to 120 seconds in the settings on exterior lighting but it’s not working. I’ve also swapped them out with a new pair, but they still only come on for a split second, then off. I’m wondering if I installed them backwards (passenger side on driver side and driver on passenger side). They weren’t even working before changing them out, that’s why I changed them out to begin with. Any help/insight would be much appreciate.

when they shut off instantly it indicates they are drawing to much power and the bcm shuts them off. i would unplug one side and see what happens, if still the same plug the one back in an unplug the other side
