Convert third brake light to spoiler type?

I have a regular cab and need to convert my regular cab third brake light to a spoiler type that the double cabs have. How easy is this? Is there a simpler method? I need to do it as LEER does not make the campers without the cutout and no i have a large wind gap as the regular cab third brake light is smooth.

I don't believe it's physically possible due to the shape difference in the back of the cab. Check out this thread with the spoiler removed from the cab:
