2021 Silverado High Country Ventilated seats not working.

Hi everyone. 

I bought a 2021 1500 silverado with the heated and ventilated seats. 

My heated seats work fine, but both front ventilated seats do not work at all. Blue light turns on for both seats but no air flow, no fan noises, nothing. Checked the fuse seemed to be okay. What else can it be? I bought the truck used and never checked since it was winter.

When I turn on the fan symbol to cool the seats. I don't get any kind of a fan noise. The seats just get cold. It takes a few minutes to cool them down but they get very cold. I have also noticed that the wireless phone charger in the center console gets very cold too. I think that the AC needs to be on for the seats to cool?

 The only thing that you might want to check out is the ambiant air senser. If its not pluged in then the computer isn't telling the heater to do what you are asking it for.
