2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ - Moaning/Groaning noise sporadically coming from under hood at idle

See the video below.  The noise can only be heard when at idle, but it's very loud when it does.  The video seems to pick up more of the high frequency engine sound rather than the low tone moaning sound, but you can hear it.  I have had this vehicle for 8 years and have never heard this before.  Does anyone have any advice on what it could be?  I want to have an idea before going to see the mechanic.
