Hey guys - my Suburban is a 2020 LT with the 5.3 regular drivetrain, I hope that they didn't change this part with the 2021 and up so that someone may know what this is. It fell down and was hanging by the cable, I ziptied it up underneath until I could get time to fix it. No check engine/service light is showing. It is on the rear driver's side, around the inside of the rear bumper.

It has a cable connected to what I think is one of the rear bumper sensors and has another unattached connector and I don't see any vacant connections underneath

Any advice is greatly appreciated

Its the bracket for the Side Blind Spot Module (if equipped, as its an option in your vehicle). There should be one on both corners of the bumper. They're normally plastic welded to the bumper cover, so it appears yours has detached; hence the zip ties.

The corresponding connector is for said module, but in lieu of the feature, they're just capped off.
