2015 Sierra change clock with only menu buttons?

On my 2015 Sierra SLT the digitizer pretty much died and took on a mind of it's own, so I disconnected the ribbon cable from the back and have just been using the buttons rather than order a new screen.  I can get to the change time/date menu using the menu button/knob, but I can't seem to select the hour/minutes/date part of the screen.  If I turn the menu dial, it just says "Bluetooth audio" at the bottom.  I've tried turning Bluetooth off on my phone, but same result when I use the menu dial.  Is there any way around this?  If not I guess my clock will just stay an hour off until the next time change.
