Move HDMI Port to Under Seat

Hi, I have a 2025 Chevy suburban. The center console has a module - PN 13566299 with 2 USB-C ports and 2 HDMI ports for the rear seat entertainment. Unfortunately that points high speed sensitive HDMI cables straight out into the walkway. One can use a right angle HDMI adapter, but that too becomes an issue the moment the console is moved backwards or forward. - What I would like to do is disconnect one HDMI port and run it under the driver side seat (to a Google Stream). Unfortunately, the module utilizes non-standard pinouts at the back for HDMI & USB. 

Does anyone know of a way to adapt one of the cables and get a clean HDMI connector.
