Question on Stock Wheels 95 sierra

I have a 95 Sierra Z71, soon i'm goin to buy 35/12.50 mud terrains and i was wondering if they will work on my stock wheels? I was hopin so, because i dont have the money right now to buy the rims.....and i dont wanna be drivin around a truck with a 3 inch lift and 265/75 tires!!

The BFG 35's are for a 15 inch wheel, your stock wheel is 16 inches. Also BFG recommends 8.5-11.0 wheel width for that tire. Your stock is probably 7 inches wide - too narrow.

 

Another solution would be a 285/70r16 which will fit a 16 inch wheel, but that is only 32 inches tall, not 35.

 

Either new wheels or smaller tires for now.

Thanks....they make them for 16 inch wheels too....but i'm gunna go with 15 by 8.5...cuz there cheeper.

15 x 8.5 should work great.

 

Where did you see BFG 35's for a 16 inch wheel? BFG has 35's for a 15 and 16.5, but the closest to the 35 is the 315/75r16. I just don't want you to end up with the wrong tire.
