Fog Lamp Wiring

Where can I find a convenient hole on the 1996 firewall? I need to run some fog light switch wiring through and mount an on/off switch to the dash.

I always have used the steerring wheel gromet (sp?).

I bit the bullet a few years back, and bought a big a$$ box of grommets.

 

Now I don't even look for an existing hole. I just drill another one in a location that is convenient for whatever I'm installing.

 

Saved me countless hours of searching for any even remotely accesssible hole to try and fish 4a wire through.

If you have an automatic tranny,you can drill a new hole where the clutch master cylinder would bolt to the firewall,there are 3 cut-outs(1 big,2 small) just to the right (as u look from the engine compartment) of the power brake booster,use a grommet to protect the wires..It's easier than tearing an existing boot
